Hi, I'm Cami â doula, mama of two, infertility warrior, and proud LGBTQ+ advocate.
My path to motherhood was anything but easy. I faced infertility and experienced two births that were challenging and far from what I had envisioned. Those experiences deeply shaped the way I show up as a doula today â with tenderness, empathy, and a fierce commitment to helping others feel seen, safe, and supported during one of the most powerful transitions of their lives.
Iâm bilingual (Spanish/English) and passionate about breaking down language barriers in birth work. I know how isolating it can feel when you're not fully understood â especially in such a vulnerable time. Thatâs why I advocate fiercely for families whose voices are too often overlooked.
As a proud Latina, I bring the strength of my culture, the warmth of our traditions, and the wisdom of our ancestors into every space I enter. Whether itâs using cultural rituals, gentle touch, prayer, or simply honoring silence, my care is rooted in respect and deep connection.
I believe every birthing person â no matter their language, identity, or background â deserves to be honored and celebrated. Birth is not one-size-fits-all, and your story matters deeply.
These are just a few images from births Iâve had the sacred privilege to witness. Thank you to every family who has welcomed me into your most intimate and powerful moments. I carry them with me always.
With so much love and gratitude,

We are on Indigenous land in Treaty 6 territory. Land occupied, travelled, and cared for by Indigenous peoples since time immemorial. This place â áĽá˘áżááá˘á˛áŚáá˛áŁ, amiskwacĂŽwâskahikan, Edmonton â is a traditional meeting ground, gathering place, and travelling route of the nĂŞhiyawak (Cree), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux), Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), MĂŠtis, Dene, and Nakota Sioux.
The histories, languages, and cultures of these peoples enrich our shared heritage. We are all bound by the spirit and intent of Treaty. Too often these agreements between nations are excluded from the stories we tell about the past, this place, and ourselves. We must be truthful about what has happened in our communities and make meaningful decisions about who is included, who is represented, and how we reflect.
